Each patch is made from high-quality faux leather and measures as follows:
Rectangle Patches: 3 x 2 inches
Hexagon and Curved Rectangle Patches: 3 x 2 inches at the widest and highest points
Round Patches: 2.5 inches

Patches are prestitched as presented in the patch choices image and cannot be changed.

There may be a slight color/stitch variation between patches in photos and actual patches

**If sending a logo or design, the best format is a transparent background PNG.**

Application Instructions (Iron-On):
PER PATCH MANUFACTURER
1. Place the patch where you want it.
2. Cover with a soft cloth and parchment or teflon paper for best results.
3. Press with a household iron or heat press (for hats, a hat press is recommended) at medium heat (285 F) (no steam) for approx 30 seconds.
4. Let cool completely before handling.
(Sewing is optional for extra durability.)

DISCLAIMER: While I cannot attest to the adhesion quality of every single patch since I did not make them, I do take a sample from each batch and do a test iron on a cotton towel and I make sure that each patch has an even layer of factory adhesive. If, for some reason, you have issues, I will gladly replace them and do whatever I can to make the order right.
